Had a really lovely meal and a special desert for my friend&rsquo;s 87th Birthday. Teresa was our waitress and she excelled in her friendliness and professionalism.

Receiving 10 emails/messages about the booking - both before and after - is enough to stop me booking again.  It is REALLY irritating

Very friendly and efficient staff. Good ambience. Easy booking. Food hot and sufficient not more than needed. Nice and quiet on a Monday lunchtime.

We enjoyed our dinner but there were lots of dishes unavailable. Our starter of Squid was delicious but the main course of kedgeree fish cakes left a little to be desired. They were overcooked and the poached egg wasn&rsquo;t soft as it should have been. The broccoli was hard. The mini cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e was delicious though and my husband&rsquo;s ice cream was good too.

Another visit to this lovely country pub at a less busier time of day than normal ( 12 to 3 )  Friday. Never disappointed with either Food or Service and the relaxing feel of the place which was complemented by our Server Teide. A very pleasant young lady who was welcoming, Attentive and Efficient. We will be back very soon and Thank you.
